We will be establishing an automated debit order system that accepts both one-time and recurring payments. The debit order system will eliminate the administrative hassle of making sure your bills are paid on time. Keep an eye out for an electronic authorisation mandating TLOK to establish the debit order mechanism
Additional Payment Methods
Additionally, we will be introducing a range of payment options to streamline and simplify your payment procedures will provide flexibility and convenience, making sure you can make payments without interruption, regardless of your location. These payment options include:
- Card payments
- Instant EFT
- Capitec Pay
- Bank EFT
- Scan to Pay, such as Zapper (which some of our clients may already be familiar with)
- Payflex and more.
Karbon and Karbon for Clients App
TLOK uses Karbon, the leading accounting practice management software, to optimise our processes and improve client collaboration. This powerful tool enables us to manage client work efficiently through workflow management, allowing us to organise and prioritize tasks, ensure timely completion and minimise delays
This streamlined approach enhances productivity and delivers better results for our clients through:
- Real-time File Sharing: Easily share documents, reports, and other files with clients, facilitating smooth communication.

The Karbon for Clients App will be released soon. This web and mobile app will provide clients with 24/7 self-service access to everything they need in one place. Automated alerts and updates will keep projects moving. Clients may use the client portal to have a clear view of; shared work and tasks; secure document sharing for clients to upload and access files, without needing a request; streamlined approvals and built-in eSign; mobile push and in-app notifications to provide clients with updates to drive swift task completion.
